You asked that in this submission process to the Marketing Academy that we tell you about ourselves, not just professionally but personally.
OK, so we all know mum’s are biased but they are also uncompromisingly honest (well, at least my mum is, maybe it’s a Spanish thing?). But if you want to know what I’m like, I’m going to let my mum tell you. This is unedited. This is what she has to say about her daughter…

Eliana, my daughter, has the best (and worst) of both of her parent’s culture.
Always mature for her years, steady and strong person, a problem solver as her Dad, patient and charming with people like her Mum :)
Always focused on her work, downfall easily bored when unchallenged.
Great at understanding and blending with other nationalities and cultures, due to her upbringing.
Good at gentle persuasion, not so good at taking unsolicited criticism, but once received mulls it over and takes action.
If I were you I will take her on board at once, mother's pride aside, you will not easily find such a gem of a young lady.
