I call it when I see it

I’ll always ask the difficult questions. I’m not afraid of the truth. I’d rather say it like it is than pretend everything is ok.
I think this is one of the biggest ways in which I contribute to a team environment.
That makes me direct. And it has made me insensitive in the past.
But I’m now more aware than ever of the impact I can have on the people around me. And awareness makes you wiser. So I hope to continue to grow wiser and more measured in how I call it. I’ll never stop calling it but it’s the how that makes all the difference.
